  This garden was very neglected and divided up with a number of trellis structures that made the garden feel small. There was a very awkward access from a concrete terrace onto the main garden which also had rainwater drainage issues.

The requirement was for a good sized lawn area, cohesion between the garden and terrace, an area in which to grow some vegetables and storage for tools.

The garden was cleared revealing a number of interesting species that were relocated and the lawn area turfed.

A decorative storage and potting shed was installed next to the vegetable area and positioned so the front deck could be lifted to access the septic tank.
The concrete terrace was lifted and replaced with sandstone set on sand for better drainage and a curved wall and slope incorporated to provide easier access to the main garden.
