  This is the scale plan of your new garden layout. With reference to the garden design brief and information gained from the site analysis and survey, concept sketches are developed.

These are overlaid on the site plan and provide design options for discussion and agreement. At this time planting styles are also discussed.  

Once concepts are agreed the layout plan will be presented to you to ensure you fully understand it.  

Layout plans will usually include sections or three dimensional drawings of parts of the garden to give you an idea of the design from certain viewpoints. Suggested materials, features and planting styles are also included in the drawings
